My husband is leaving for the UK on Saturday and needed to get his International roaming set up. Firstly they don't tell him upfront what they will need to activate his roaming or what the process is. U have Thembi rolling her eyes at my husband while is talking to Luku and Luku not even acknowledging what my husband is telling her. A don't care not willing to help attitude. I'm a supervisor in a customer service environment and if any one of my staff treats clients in that manner they'll get fired on the spot. I've never seen customer service so atrocious as this of the glen cell c staff. Best move over to MTN and take my two contracts with me HORRIBLE
