Telkom disappoints again

I subscribed to a telkom adsl package, which is supposed to include a 4mbps line, Apple TV and a 3G modem.
It took me two weeks to get my Apple TV box and 3G modem. I then discovered that I am only receiving a 2mbps line, (which is not fast enough to run Apple TV). I called telkom a week ago and nothing has happened. My telkom subscription is supposed to be r893.00 a month I have been charged more and I am not even receiving what I subscribed to.
