Still No Help From MTN

I have escalated it to the manager that I am not happy that they have told me that there's physical damage to the phone because I could not have done such a thing I even have the micro sim for the blackberry q10 which the store gave to me uptil now the manager has not come back to neither as the repair centre they just want me to accept the phone there's no help from mtn so far at all even your response hasn't helped me in anyway Mtn if you really wana help do something other than just commenting because I'm sick of it now its 1month not having my phone and yet I still have to pay!!! I am not happy with your response as well as the service of the chatsworth mtn store.
