This will be the second time i am posting this complaint. I posted it on the 20th, and still not rectified! my wife has been with vodacom for over 12 years! a few months ago she ran into some trouble with paying her account in full, Vodacom then decided that it would be a good idea and with no notification, emails or sms's what so ever to disconnect her services. As time went by and still no communication from Vodacom they decided that cutting services was not good enough so they deleted her number from the system! Is this even legal im sure customers have rights. Is that what the National Credit Act is there for to protect consumers from this type thing! my wife has been asking for her itemized billing to be sent to her for months now and she still has not received a thing! She was also being charged for Blackberry service on her account when she had a Samsung phone!!! what the heck is going on here and no one at vodacom customer services or the account/collections seems to even want to assist the shrug her off with arrogant comments and ridiculous remarks! This is unacceptable and want this sorted out immediately
