REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR FAULTY CHARGER

On the 29/08/2013 I purchased a car charger from the MTN store at Featherbrooke Village in Ruimsig. It worked for a couple of days, but is no longer charging my phone. I have tested it in other vehicles to make sure that the unit is faulty. Today 13/09/2013 I took the charger together with my proof of purchase to the MTN store in Keywest Shopping Centre. They refused to assist me and said that I must return the charger to the MTN store where I bought it from. I am not driving all the way back to the store in Ruimsig. This is totally unacceptable.
