I took out contract phone n ask the lady if its possible for me to continue using my old simcard on the phone she said yes its possible to my suprise she converted my prepaid sim into contract without communicating with me I went back to the shop to complain n she promise that she will fix it 3day after nothing has bn done to rectify her mistake and also done a swimswap bt 2 date its nt active n nw iam stuck with a phone that is not working waiting 4 a micro sim 2 be active
