No response when calling customer care

I have been trying days on end to get through to the call centre to cancel the insirance on my contract but instead I hold for 30 minutes to an hour waiting to go through to a consultant to no avail, I even sent an email today but still I did not receive a response, and this is not the first Time I am having a problem with getting through to your consultants its a constant issue, can somone please get back to me???
