TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH UPGRADE

My daughters phone was, she was due for an upgrade, i called Autopage call centre and spoke to Ayanda, i gave him the info of phone my daughter wanted, he checks availability and ordered it and said no charges for sim swap, ( i requested a new simcard (sim swap). A week later, i followed up on delivery - was suppose to receive handset already - NOW there is no stock on this phone available.. after a heavy argument hence and forth, there is a phone available, as he originally said the previous week!!..another week later and phone gets delivered, BUT, NO sim card!! i called again..speaking to Phindi Miller who says there was NO sim card ordered, and she will order it, but now i have to pay R45 for the sim card, also, i received the handset, it was delivered 21 November, but on 22 November they dont have the delivery adres anymore OH PLEASE!!!
THERE MUST BE A REASON WHY CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED.. CAN MANAGEMENT PLEASE!!! GO AND LISTEN TO THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE FROM AUTOPAGE??? I HAVE 2X CONTRACTS OF WHICH ONE IS BUSINESS - I THINK THIS IS A BIG ONE YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE!!! I AM ALMOST DUE FOR MY UPGRADE, WILL RETHINK MY CHOICE OF PROVIDER!!!
