Brand New Faulty iPhone5 - Autopage won't swap

I reported a rattle (appears to be a loose component inside the phone) on the day I did my upgrade. I have since found out via google that a lot of iphone's rattle and that it should not be accepted by a customer. The ballito store say that they would need to take the phone away for seven days but surely on a new handset that rattles the swap out for a new product should be as soon as stock arrives?

To add to this it is a top of the range handset, for a customer that has been with autopage for 12 years and a customer that has been averaging over R5000.00 per month in spend for a few years now. In my previous contract period I had issues with faulty devices and eventually gave up as a I cannot afford to be without a handset for seven days. Can I recommend that the Ballito store gets a phone delivered to their store asap and does a swap for me? The fault was reported on day one and the phone has a clearly audible rattle so this is not a defect that needs testing or where the fault is due to wear and tear.

I really struggle with the ballito store as there service levels are very sloppy - please can I continue dealing with you?
