TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM 8TA!!!

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE IS GOING ON WITH YOUR SHOCKING SERVICE?!
On the 28th of November 2012 my wife took her phone to 8ta Bayside to get repaired.
It's a Blackberry Torch 9800, for which I took out a contract for her in December 2011, ON MY NAME AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY WIFE.
She was told it would take 3-4 weeks, WHICH IS ALREADY HARD TO SWALLOW!
She's been back a few times getting weak excuses, I went to the branch yesterday and was told it's Blackberry's fault not 8ta and was given the repairer's number to contact in Midrand (Allied Mobile).
I called Allied Mobile today and was told they only received the phone on the 19th of December.
Then I called 8ta to find out why it took 3 weeks to get to the repairer from the date it was given to 8ta (28/11/2012).
The woman from 8ta then told me Allied Mobile was requested to collect on the 12th of December - FAIR ENOUGH, IT WAS A LONG WEEKEND..
BUT WHY DID IT TAKE 2 WEEKS FOR 8TA TO GET THE BALL ROLLING WITH THE REPAIR?
LAST WEEK THURSDAY, YOUR BAYSIDE BRANCH GAVE US A "NEW" BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900 (MORE LIKE REFURBISHED), IT COULD NOT EVEN SWITCHED ON!
THE MANAGER THEN SAYS HE WILL GET REPAIRED..
CRAZY - STILL NO PHONE!!
