This is the 3rd time that my phone is gone for repaires. Its been over two weeks and I still dont have my phone back. Im fumming. Seeing red. Beyond angry. Please keep the phone, Im not waiting another day. Let me know which branch i can go to in order to collect a NEW device. TODAY.
