Defective Phone and Bad Service

I have been trying to reach someone at the N1 City MTN branch for the past 4 hours, no one is answering the phone. I have also tried to call Customer Care, but no one answers the phone.

I have handed in my cellphone for repairs (a brand new BlackBerry Q10 which I had for only 3 weeks until the software failed horribly) LAST WEEK! It has now been NINE DAYS and I haven't had any feedback from MTN N1 City staff. I NEED a NEW phone, I don't want the defected "repaired" one back and I don't want to wait any longer. If a phone fails, after just 3 weeks, there is something seriously wrong with the product.

I want a new phone, soon, as I am not going to wait any longer. Someone must contact me asap, or I am going to report this to the SA NATIONAL CONSUMERS UNION.
