Defective phones sold, and run around

I got a contract with MTN, and a brand new Blackberry 9900. NO ISSUE with phone from day one, but I LOST it. Insurers then bought a brand new phone from Vodacom Gateway (or its "branch" across passage which it seems to deny being part of). Within weeks, the "alt" key was defective, and they then gave me total run around. Running a business from my phone, all data and being contactable 24/7 is VITAL. After much performance, they took phone in, and eventually determined that it could not be repaired. They replaced it with another new 9900. Low and behold weeks later, 2nd phone had EXACTLY the same issue, as "alt" key also defective. Back to branch-No managers available, no-one to deal with that was above a Clerk. Phone in again, left with no phone, all data and contacts lost, and still waiting. Blackberry staff at MTN have Never seen two 9900 phones with same defects so new. This phone was bought for some R5700, 00 cash, and should not need to run around with repairs from day one on TWO new phones. Attitude of staff shocking. No-one comes back to you, and my business is damaged as a professional not being contactable. Now l know why l never deal with Vodacom
