Still no refund

Hi

I did an upgrade from my bb to a sony xperia. When looking at my statement I noticed I was being billed for BIS as well and queried this. I was told that I will get a refund. Up to today they are still billing me for bis and I still haven't gotten a refund. Please respond via email to [Email Removed] as I cannot take calls.
