I am being accused of making a call to my numbe

I have been accused of making a phone call to my number while roaming. I never activated roaming, i never had cellphone reception where i was. And how could i call myself and also recieve calls from my number? I am now requested to pay CELLC R9.12 for that call. The money might seem small, but wait in the future they will even accuse me of more money.

I have tried to explain my situation many times to CELLC and they seem not to care. If that's how CELLC treats customers, then i rather CANCELL my contract with them. They dont care, all they want is my money. It seems like i am a and a cheater.

Why can't they explain to me what happened and who activated roaming on my phone. As far as i know, when one needs roaming you need to go to their store and activate it yourself and sign some document.

I am SICK and TIRED of being treated like this...
