I reported an incident here on the 10th of November regarding my Virgin Mobile contract and was disputing some payments. A gentleman named Mxolisi then contacted me the following day and promised "conclusive feedback tomorrow as discussed"... Its been 10 days and Im still waiting.
Such bad service in such a short space of time makes me wonder if I can survive the full 24 moths with Virgin.
