I've purchased a Blackberry Z10 from Vodacom upgrades last week Tuesday I received the phone, the phone has since been switching off & rebooting 3-4 times a day. I logged a complaint on Monday Ref No: S3-T6678-8BOU. I am still awaiting feedback from Vodacom. I mean what kind of blady service is this???
I call the 0821959 number now press option 1 & option 1 again and it says the number you have dial is incorrect. REALLY???
Your service big time, let's not talk about the products you sell to us!!!
