Sell my phone without my permission!!!

I handed in my Blackberry 8520 last year in July 2012- As it had a faulty keyboard.
I tried calling Vodacom on numerous occasions to ask how much it will be and when I can collect it. Not to my suprise no one EVER got back to me, or ever answered the phone!!
I left the situation as my upgrade was soon due, and I was a student with not much time or transport to go to Vodacom! I decided recently to finally follow up on the situation when I came across the Job receipt.

None the less I emailed Vodacom Repais in which Charity replied and said they had sold my phone to cover the costs as it was not collected in 90 days. Apparently they sent me an SMS (Which I cant remember).
Please tell me how Vodacom can sell MY PROPERTY without my concent!

She sent me a form which shows the T&C'S which states the phone will be sold if not collected in 90 Days to cover the costs. I was never informed of this and I am awaiting Charity to send me the form/contract with MY SIGNATURE acknowleding this!

MAKES ME SICK! How can you sell some one elses property- surely SOMEONE could of called me before hand!
I want my phone back!!
