Reported problem with logging into My vodacom. "Will recieve feedback within 1-24 hours". 7 days later no feedback. Enquire again: Same explanation of "website problem". Instructed to change password and try again. "But will be informed when problem is sorted" Surely a big service provider like VODACOM should be able to correct such a problem and make available the service they so widely advertise!!!
