Shocking return of repaired device

I had my Samsung tab sent in for repairs and when i got it back yesterday the screen was so badly scratched. Thank goodness i had a screen protector on (which i will now have to replace). It just makes me wonder how they handle other people's property. It is unacceptable that they damaged my device when they should be extra careful.

This whole repair was full of drama from their side with false information.
