I applied for a contract at jabulani mall mtn they called me and left a voice message that my contract is ready which was the 25/10/2013, I went to fetch the phone when I got there I got a white iPhone 5 of which I applied for a black one how can u call and say my contract is ready and give me what I didn't ask for? Secondly she tells me that my SIM card will be ricard within 24hrs while I applied for a contract before and they did it immediately from the 26/10/2013 till today that SIM card has never ever ricard I'm utterly disappointed with mtn next time I won't apply for a contract with u as soon as they end I'm changing networks
