Our 3G business account (12 users) have been put on "soft lock", and even though we have paid in extra money (R4 000 additional, normally we pay R2 700) to unlock it as it seems we have reached our usage limit, we now hear it takes 7 to 14 DAYS to unlock - how on earth does one do business if we cannot use our 3G cards AND we have paid the extra money in. In the mean time we are sent from one department to another, and being told to fax payment information through then email that same information. Then the cards worked for a week, now it is locked again. When we phone again no-one knows anything and we have to go through the whole story again (and again and again). And no-one seems capable of helping us solve the problem, and unlocking our cards or increasing the usage limit that we have already paid for. And now it seems that there is involved as well with someone else using our bandwidth. Cannot wait for our contract to expire so that we can get another service provider who knows what the word "service" means and where we do not have to spent 3 days of the month trying to get answers and help.
