I signed a Vodacom 3g contract with Autopage a few weeks ago.

My card was delivered to me on 27 November, I phoned to activate the account the very same day, only to find out on Monday 2 December, my sim card is still not activated. I contacted Autopage, and I was told the request was never sent through, the request will be done from scratch, and activation will be done within 48 hours.

We are now on 4 december, that sim card is STILL not activated, now I've been told it's a vodacom problem, with activations of new application.

Service from both Autopage and vodacom leaves MUCH to be desired. If the request was sent through from Autopage when it was done on 27 November, none of this was necessary.

I refuse to pay for a contract, if the services aren't activated. I suggest you make your adjustments on my account accordingly
