I have the same problem as many other complainents. You are offered a 24 hour data bundle. You puchase and receive an SMS saying you have succesfully purchased you 24 hr data bundle and you start to download. Later you receive a message saying you must phone a certain number to activate. This is misleading. You should be told in one SMS "you have succesfully purchased you 24 hr data bundle. Now phone no and wait for notification that your bundle has been activated." If this was done in one SMS not over a period of time people would not be caught in this trap. You phone your cell phone contract provider and they tell you to phone MTN. MTN says the offer does not come from them but the option is on your cell phone from MTN. My question is: So many people complain about this on "hellopeter" but what is being done about this. What can I do about this
