Disappointed for the 2nd time!

So after sending my phone in to Nashua Mobile for the 2nd time, i received a call confirming my phone was ready for collection. I told the guy that this will be the 2nd time, and asked them to test the phone, and call me once they were done. I received a call from their technician confirming the phone has been repaired. I asked one of my colleagues to fetch my phone as getting to Canal Walk is out of my way. As soon as i received the phone i put in my sim card and restored all my data to the phone. It worked for an hour and then started switching off by itself again.

I waited a total of 60 days so far, my phone still doesn't work, i'm still paying my full contract and i'm not making use of BIS.

Whats going to happen from here on???

Do you guys expect me to send it in for the 3rd time and wait a total of 90 days?

Is this how you treat a loyal customer?

This is the worst service i have ever received! I'm sure you guys are in breach of my Consumer Rights, but it seems you guys don't care.

Its all about the sale, not after sales service i guess!

I am utterly disgusted in you guys. not 1 person has the decency to sort out this ongoing issue.
