Had a problem with setting up one of my client's email addresses. Mo guided me while I was logged through teamviewer to my client's PC. We found that there was a deeper problem that I can't deal with. Mo logged in as well. While I was sitting back watching Mo fix the problem, we had a chat like old buddies over a beer on a friday afternoon. So, not only was Mo more than technically efficient, he kept me entertained while he's fixing the problem. That's got to say something about how awesome Afrihost is.

This particular problem was not just a simple wrong password or smtp details type of problem, yet Mo stuck at it until it was 100% fixed. No replies that he will get back to me or call me back and never do.
It's simple, I had an unhappy client, Mo assessed the situation, kept me in the loop and until it was fixed. Real dedicated support!

While I'm on hellopeter. A big thumbs up to all the other support guys I've worked with over the years. Deepu, Francois, Matys, James, Micheal, Imran, Robert..to name but a few.
That's the point, today I dealt with Mo. If I call in tomorrow it might be someone else. It doesn't matter, Afrihost will sort you out
