I am so disappointed with this troubled network 'telkom' I so wish I never ported to it, the service is so unexplicable its as though they just employed people who do not know anything about customer service. Am I not to be explained about the product when its being sold to me...??? I believe in trensparancy of which this should be done so that the customer knows what he or she is being served with. But I gues at Telkom they are so desparate for new customer they prefer to port your your number and care less how you feel or undastand about their product, just as long as they hav ported your number to their network their job is done. The service is so bad you might even think its a 'fly by night kinda company'. To change from one price plan to another you hav to port to another network so that you can port back to their network, imagine that, the agent never explained anything she was in a rush to serve the 'white lady' that came into the store after me and whom she was behind me. The manager payed less attention to what I had to say because maybe I was not worthy of customer service or too black to even complain because I have to accept nonsence.
