So impressed with Nathaniel Khumalo's dedication to superior customer service! After weeks of worrying that my insurance claim was not processed and mails to the insurance department with only a refference number and no feedback. I finally got hold of Nathaniel who not only processed the claim but completed the credit of over R1000.00 in under a half hour from our correspondence.
