Dear Nashua Mobile & MTN

I have been a customer of yours for the last 7 years! I have never failed to pay my account... sometimes running the usage into the thousands of rands!
Well on Friday I updated the firmware on my handset to the latest version because you kept on hassling me to do it. Well now I cannot use my data on the phone, No Whatsapp, no Emails, no nothing. Apparently I have an incorrect simcard in my phone, and I need to take time out of my busy day to go and get a new simcard at a cost of R140!!! Why??? This is your problem! If you had informed me that this was going to happen there was no ways I would've upgraded my software. My previous version was working perfectly fine!
When I spoke with Nashua Mobile on Friday afternoon and asked why they didnt send out an email to their Clients saying this would happen... your response was "It will cost us too much money"!! But its perfectly fine to take my money???
This has happened to a number of people in the past and it is not acceptable!
I have 2 months left on my contract. If I do not receive this simswap for free... I am leaving Nashua Mobile and MTN for greener pastures!
This is pathetic service... you should be ashamed!
