No feedback after complaint

My previous complaint regarding the registration of my CellC Data simcard refers. I received a call from Ms. Funiwe Hintsho, informing me that she would take it up with Nashua Mobile, as the problem resides with them.

She also promised to get back to me with feedback? I am still waiting. Ms Funiwe has disappeared and I followed up with Nashua Mobile myself.

According to Nashua Mobile the problem resides with CellC as they "froze" some numbers, including mine. Nashua Mobile was kind enough to provide me with a temporary simcard with data loaded on it.

So everyone is blaming the other company? Who is going to resolve this?

I still don't have any feedback on how Ms. Funiwe is going to resolve my problem and when will my contract simcard be registered so I can actually use something I am paying for?

What a pathetic start with CellC with a 2 year contract??
