I recently ported my number from Vodacom to MTN and used the Bedfordview Bedford Centre branch with the view of waiting for the iPhone 5s before I signed a contract.

I signed the paperwork on Saturday and today I was surprised to hear from Thabo that the contract was approved and that he managed to obtain the gold model 64Gb phone I was looking for.
