I have been a very loyal Vodacom subscriber since 1994! My monthly bills have been above R3000 at least on average across all my devices.

But I have experienced a slow deterioration in the network, where calls drop regularly or I simply cannot connect. What I find even more amazing is that calls drop on the same spot. Why must I do your work for you! Sometimes I have a full 3G signal and nothing happens. How is that? I have telephony experience, having pioneered the setup in SA and I cannot explain this phenomenon.

My question to Vodacom is: why must I pay the same money for a poorer service than the one which was available when I first contracted? I have been testing a prepaid card with one of your competitors and do not experience the same poor coverage. Especially on the N2 between Cape Town and Stellenbosch.
