Damaged Sony Experia Z

This is a second complaint to Mtn about the same issue.

First report

7th of July 2013 i booked in my sony experia Z for repairs at their Menlyn branch. My phone was barely 3 weeks when corner of the sceen (the actual creen protecter) started lifting off. I then went again to the store on the 30th of July to check as I haven't heard anything from MTN. The guy that helped said mtn repair center has quoted me an amount of R4000 and some odd rands to get my phone repaired. This is not the first time I receive such service from mtn. I tried complaining at their store in Menlyn but all I got was sorry mam you need to call them. I am very disappointed in mtn and their staff.

I recieved an sms to come collect my phone on the get to the store and my phone is not fixded. Mtn is full of and I will not be paying till this matter is resolved. I haven't had a phone since July and I've been payin. Either they fix the phone or they can keep it as I will not accept it. Never received such bad service and will never take up even anything with mtn ever again. I will escalte this matter futhers if this does not get resolved.
