Such a pleasure to speak to

I just got off the phone with the nicest guy. I tend to be a bit slow with how cell phone cotracts work but to my delight, this guy Leroy who works for cell c took the time to explain and give me good advice. Allot of th etime you speak to peopel and you can hear that they are not interested but in this case Leroy was really enthusiastic and cheerful. I Can tell he is serious about good customer service. I hope cell c takes note and gives him a promotion!
