One Week to Port In

So port-in takes a freaking week!!! After jumping from one agent to another including managers and supervisors who include but not limited to Lorraine, Katlego, Magan, Thavangu, Besi, Thulani, Spiwe, Fabio, Anele, nobody seems to be able to resolve the port in issue. Is this how this cell network operates? A 24hr process from initiation now takes a week? Now am told to wait another 72 hrs from today - or wait it is Friday, so it will be from Monday next week counting the days. So Wednesday I will get a response to update me what the status of the issue is. This is terrible service on your part. People love sending emails to people who do not read them. Departments that are always having escalated issues which they do not resolve. What is going on there with you guys? Please FIX my issue today!
