Still no response to complaint or covers

I followed up with Nashua Mobile Sandton City 7Nov for covers I was supposed to get when I upgraded 1Nov. I was told that they would call me in this week to collect. When I didn't receive a call by 6Nov, I called in to follow up. I spoke to Dikeledi who confirmed that they are offline and she will call me back 7Nov. When she didn't call back I called, she told me that they have been offline for two days and she doesn't know when this will be resolved. My request to her was simple, I wanted to know if I will be able to collect the covers from another branch or if she could follow up with head office to find out when this will be resolved. She said" I am telling you that we don't know when this will be resolved, we are waiting for a guy from IT"I told her that I need her to call head office for a resolution time, alternatively I need to speak to Charlotte. She whispered b#tch (probably assuming that I could not hear), I assume Charlotte was standing next to her when this happened because I heard them discussing the issue. All my landline calls are recorded and I will be more than happy to share this with the owner of the franchise or senior management at Nashua. I am utterly disguste
