I have spent two days at this Branch for an upgrade seeing as their retentions department came back to me with a nice offer as to why I should stay onboard, however the first day I go for assistance I get assisted by this lady who is very good at what she does but slow when explaining and doing things with no sense of urgency. I leave the store with absolutely nothing only to come back the following day on my lunch break to finalise the matter and still this lady took up my entire lunch break and the staff are not sure if the phone I want is in stock and you can't ask the Manager to assist as he left to who knows where only to return 30 minutes later and he discovers that there is still stock.

Yet I still left this store with no phone angry and late as my lunch had gone to a total waist, I now feel that if MTN can't manage to retain me as their client I will gladly give them the go ahead to close my account seeing as they owe me monies still as they were overpaid with the intention to close.
