MTN took more money than needed

I am to pay R449. as agreed on the contract. MTN takes R608 and i only had R460 which was kept there especially for them, so the debit order comes back unpaid of which the still took access money from that amount as only R300 was left. they then send me sms's saying i owe them R620 and then CUT OFF MY SERVICE. without calling me, just sms's... thats how much they care about their customers. I then Go and Pay them the money and Change my debit order date to a more Convenient date. Two days later... they cancel my debit order and say "You are NOW a CASH paying Customer"... by SMS jsut like that. I regret going for MTN, MY friend and Colleagues Know all about my Dreadfull Experience which i had when trying to buy the phone. im happy my friends are using other networks and i will soon definately be switching too.
