Never going to Vodashop Cresta again!!

I planned to take out 2 contracts (one an upgrade). One of the phones I wanted was not available, but I was told it would be ordered and I'd receive it in 5 days time. I agreed and signed all paperwork. I heard Absolutely nothing from Neo, Delia, Tremaine (who i dealt with) despite repeatedly calling about it! I spoke to 3 different people all promising that they would call back when it was available. Again nothing! One of the assistants had told me that the phone had been available more than once but had been sold to other customers. When I had confirmed that it was available (again wasting my money and time) I went to pick it up at the shop, only to be told that (1) The paperwork had expired and I had to fill it out again and (2) The price had gone up and I would need to pay more for it (despite THEIR inefficiency). Poor management of staff by Tasia.
They assured me that they would take it up with vodacom and try to give me the old offer. That was 3 days ago. Despite my calling them about it (again another lame excuse from the team) I have still heard nothing! Despicable service! If I could, I would cancel my other contract and move to another provider!!
