I paid for a 2 gig a month Voucher. Was told he will load it for me gave him the sim. Its not working and im loading my own money to use the internet.

Menlyn don't want to help and customer care tells me go to menlyn.

Been to menlyn 2 times (Jenine) doesn't call back. And customer care says you have to go in.
(Rose) at Cell c told me its not used. I try load it says invalid.i call in they say it doesn't show on the system. They say have to go to menlyn got there they say I must call customer care.

When will they actually help me. Do they rip all there customers off like this.

They have taken my money and given me 0 in return. Im sure they all laugh about it when we the customer complain. Even the person who might call me about this letter will laugh when he puts the phone down cause they don't care about the small man who got ripped off.
