Cellphone under warranty not being replaced

My cellphone kept rebooting and the camera stopped working, it was still under warranty when i took it in 2 September 2013 and i was told to buy a new cellphone as apparently their was physical damage to the phoen. I have the phone and proof that there is no such damage.

I need the phone for business and was forced to spend R2000-00 on a new phone. It would be R2070 to repair it, which really is just the price of a new phone.

To me that is just unfair business practice and I would like you to look into this matter.
