Flexiba
I want my money back

I received my Cell C cellphone statement on the 12th November 2013 and it showed that Mira Networks is charging me R6, 15 daily on this number 084 0984 523.I called Mira and they referred me to Flexiba.

I need to know why Flexiba is charging me this money because I didn't subscribe to any service with them. The cellphone number in question is not in used. The last time I took it out of my cellphone it was in August and this makes me fail to understand why are they charging me for unused number

I want my refund as soon as possible!!!

I need Flexiba to refund me all the monies paid from Cell C for September, October & November. If they have anything to talk to me please do it via email. I do not trust them anymore because if I give them my other number they will start charging me for that number as well
