Unauthorised Billing

I have just received my Cellphone account from Autopage. It reflects two debits that I did not authorise: R178.06 for a number reflected as 083123670113 (yes - 12 digits!) and R42.98 for "Cazuallycom379". I have got absolutely nowhere with Autopage, who keep referring me to Mira Networks on 0861106472. A voice tells me to enter the cellphone number I wish to unsubscribe from. Mira's website shows a Johannesburg number that is never answered. The Mira website also reflects dozens of complaints similar to mine. I've phoned an organisation named "Wasp" but they only re-open on the 6th January and I'l like to nail the organisation that it illegally charging me for something I haven't subscribed to. Any suggestions?
