No feedback having to call drive and follow up

My phone went missing.

I filled in form as requested sent it off. nashua made no attempt in notifying me about the progress of my claim. when I went to inquier about the progress of this claim I was advised that my devise was delivered a week ago with no notification. I was also advised that my phone was delivered in a different area to where I stay. advised them i want it moved as I am not close to the branch I was advised that I i need to pay for cost.

I called the call centre and sent proof that my delivery address was my home address and they still did nt get back to me. Ive called them and driven up and down looking for a devise. ive had enough of ths bad servise.

I sent another follow up mail with no reply
