Thank you for your resolution and action

I recently had a fallout with Vodacom direct trading as Vodacom sales department...
they totally messed up every thing concerning my up grade.
i wasnt happy.
But they have more than made up for it... and for that i thank them

they maned up and shaped up to assist and rectify the situation
want notify them for their great service...
recommending guys like Bow (manager at Vdirect) and Brandon (store manager at Vshop vodaworld)
and Letti or Lebo (from Admin who called me) for great performance points if they apply...:)

It wasnt pretty at 1st but now all is fixed!
and im happy... lets not have this again... anytime soon
