I phoned on 12 November 2013 to do a SIM swop, the persons told me that they will call me back in 4 hrs time, and nothing happened. Phone again this morning at 8 at the lady said they will call back in a few minutes because her computer was off-line. Phone for the 3rd time and then this lady said they will phone me back within 24 working hours. This is double standards, sound like no one knows what is going on in that department. This is the second time this happening now. CellC is quick to give you a contract and deliver your phone very quickly, but the sim swop is a story on its own. This is useless service and it doesn't help you got a new phone and can't use it.
