Hi,

My phone was over the weekend. On Sat 9.11.13 i called my service provider to blacklist the phone and to get a ITC number for insurance purposes. For some magical reason when they logged by request the system logged it on the 30.10.13. This has now adversely affected my claim as now the insurance are saying our dates dont correspond.

I have contacted Vodacom who is only able to get back to me in 48 hours to investigate whether this can be changed. Now i bear the risk of not being paid out.

Every month we pay a hefty premium to these cell phone companies in order to receive a service. Now im in a situation out of my control, continuing to pay this company and yet they cant get a simple process like this right. I have chosen Vodacom based on their reputation which to me now has been thrown out the window.
