Vodacom
No feedback on phone that's booked in

So after a long saga with Vodacom, a Sunet calls me to ask that I book in the phone (Nokia Lumia 610) at the Cellucity in Cavendish, Claremont. I booked in the phone 2 Sundays ago. I have heard nothing from her or Vodacom. Did anybody receive my phone? Have the confiscated it and declared it too unfixable? What is going on?
