False Charges

They offered me a 3g stick for for plus minus R100 for 1 gig. I received debits to my cheque account that is very high. I went to my service provider in Pretoria North. They arranged to sent me a Text message when R 50 over my allowed Gig. I put the 3 G stick in my safe and use a pre-paid stick in stead to avoid again to be surprised a huge account. Now I suddenly received Text messages that I exceed the R50 limit. On calling Autopage a lady explained that they charge Me an amount per day although we do not use the facility. I requested to stop all additional services /itemised billing but still receive text messages. Please assist
