On Thursday, 7 Nov, I went to the Northgate branch as I wanted to add another phone/line to our existing MTN account. ID's, letters, etc all handed in. Forms completed by consultant on PC. Was told would be about a day for a response. I have still not heard anything. Yesterday morning the Northgate number just rang. So I emailed [Email Removed] They told me to phone 083 1809, whom in turn told me to phone 011 912 5599 - no answer. Yesterday afternoon I tried the branch again and I spoke to one of the consultants whom said he would find out what is happening and would phone me back. I haven't heard anything. All I need to know is if the paperwork is in order so that we can proceed with the phone/package - which leads me to another issue - the phone we would like is currently on special which ends tomorrow. I feel it is unfair if we are penalised because of slow admin.
